FAQ Support


  1. Spinning Login Loading Screen
    • This is a known intermittent issue affecting some players. We're still investigating the cause. Some users have reported that restarting the application or clearing your cache may help resolve it.
  2. Account/Login Issues
    • There are a few types of account-related problems:
      • Logged in but account is Level 0:
        This usually means you've logged in using the wrong method or email. Try signing in using a different login option (Google, Apple, etc.).
        You need to clear your cache in order to do this.
      • Forgot login information:
        You'll need to recover your credentials through your login provider.
      • No longer have access to your login email:
        Unfortunately, we need your player ID to recover your account, and this can only be accessed by logging in. However, if you've played ranked multiplayer and had a unique username, we may still be able to help. Submit a support ticket with as many of the following details as possible:
        1. Username
        2. Level
        3. Number of discs
        4. Any known discs in your bag (Color, mold, and attributes)
        5. When you played actively last
        6. Any other account details you remember
  3. Crashing Issues
    • Crashes can sometimes be caused by low RAM or background apps. Try restarting your device or closing other apps before launching the game.
    • If closing other apps or restarting the device doesn't resolve the issue and it happens often, there's a risk that your device is no longer compatible with the game in terms of performance.
  4. Missing Disc
    • If a disc you earned or purchased isn't showing up, please submit a support ticket including details of the missing disc.
  5. Purchase Problems
    • If you made a purchase but didn’t receive the item, it’s usually due to a failed connection between our servers and your app store. In many cases, Google or Apple will automatically refund the purchase. If the issue hasn't resolved itself within 3 days, contact support and we can manually award the item.
      Make sure to include the following information:
      1. Receipt (image)
      2. Description of item


How to clear your cache to reload cached elements or login to a new account:


iOS:

  • Re-install the application.

Android:

  • Clear cache of the app in the storage settings or re-install the application.

PC/Steam:

  • Navigate to the following folder and delete all contents:

    C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow\Per
